Vehicle access both ways is still available in and out of NYC. BUSES - COACH USA leaves NYC at 41st between 8th and 9th Ave. (at whale mural) starting 6 a.m. and will run every 15 mins. (or when full) until 8:15 a.m.. RETURN to NYC is from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Point person will be onsite in NYC for buses loading. Drop-off/pickup is the same location in Weehawken. There will be a visible sign: “Lincoln Tunnel Challenge Bus Stop”. Here is some more info:
