2010/07/10 NYRR Dash & Splash (10K)

  • Shake it out, baby! It’s summer and that means it’s time for a good, sweaty 10K. This year’s race continues an old Dash & Splash tradition by concluding with a refreshing dip at Lasker Pool! So come on out for this 10K (and post-race swim) – your legs will thank you for it!

    This is a scored race that counts toward the nine races NYRR members as of January 2010 need to be eligible for guaranteed entry to the ING New York City Marathon 2011.
