Tips for getting your ass out of bed to run in the morning
-

Sometimes it can be rather hard to wake up and go running early in the morning before work. You may be able to set the alarm clock the night before, but the next morning trying to physically get up and get moving might be an impossible task. Instead the only getting up that you can do is rolling over and hitting the snooze button.
Well, here are a few tips for beating the sleep monster:
- Lay your gear out the night before.
- Set your coffeemaker to brew 10 minutes before your alarm, so that you can wake up to the smell of coffee.
- Sip some coffee while getting dressed. The caffeine will get you moving.
- Make sure you run on a well-lit path.
Once you’re running, you’ll feel good and want to continue. And you’ll feel better all day because you did.
